Tyres: Specialized All Condition with Armadillo technology 700x23c (Kevlar reinforced and excellent all round weather tyre) Trek makes their carbon in various grades 150, 120, 110 where the lower number equals higher costs to produce, but delivering lower overall weights. Wheels: Bontrager Racelite (very light and stiff) Shimano Ultegra equivalent chainset 172.5mm 34/50 It is in stunning condition, although as you would expect there are minor scratches on the brake hoods and a couple of surface scuffs on the frame but they really are hardly noticeable, just being honest. I am 5 ft 10in with the saddle at the height in the photos. This bike would ideally suit a rider of 5ft 7in to 6 ft 1in. This is an exceptionally well equipped and light weight bike (sub 17.5lb) and well suited for varied terrain, very good for racing, training or sportives alike.

Experience matters, especially when working with a material that holds seemingly endless possibilities but presents such unique challenges as carbon fibre. Also I have recently upgraded the chainset to a 34-50 compact and the rear cassette to a 12-27 to help with the local hills!! At the same time I replaced the freehub body as it was clanking a bit as well as the brake and gear cables and the brake pads.
